Are you stuck for fundraising ideas?

Do you need to raise funds for sports equipment, clubhouse repairs or new sports uniforms but can’t think how to raise the money? Whilst the thought of applying to a funder for money is appealing – a quick and easy way of obtaining the revenue necessary to buy the colts team new tracksuits – often funders, especially gaming funders, cannot grant for certain purposes, have insufficient funds to meet current demand, or want evidence of the club’s contribution to the fundraising project. This may be a cash contribution or just sweat equity. The trick is to come up with ideas for fundraising that engages the club membership and has a chance of generating some cold, hard cash.
